Perfect for Easter

So I decided to do something a little different today and play around with some shadow colors I have been loving and this is what I came up with. Since it is "Spring" and Easter is around the corner I thought this would be a perfect look. Products I used were:
Mac Painterly Paint pot of course
Coastal Scents Pallet.
NYC Eyeliner
Covergirl Lashblast Mascara.

This is my version of Sexy Date night Valentine Day Makeup. Its a bit dramatic but can always be toned down a little depending on  your liking. I started off with MAC Painterly Paint Pot and applied it all over the eye area. Then I used my POP Beauty makeup kit and added a light shimmery color all over the lid, into the tear duct and under the inner half of my lower eye. Then I used my Coastal Scents Matte Pallet and used the bright pink that is five rows in from the right up one. And I applied it all over my crease and  up to just under the highlight area of your brow bown. Then I added Black to the outer corder and brought it on the outer 1/4 of my lid and into the crease,. Then I added the pink to the bottom half of my eyes and added black to the bottom 1/4. I then added thick eyeliner using N.Y.C Liquid liner and added Cover Girl Lash Blast mascara to my top and bottom lashes. Finish this look off with a very light peachy pink blush. POPbeauty Makeup Kit from Victorias Secret

Okay first of all, Please excuse the ugly picture above. lol. Okay so I just received this in the mail Yesterday. I ordered it online on Victoriassecret.com. It is a POPbeauty Cabaret bouquet makeup kit. I saw it and instantly fell in love. So shown above on the left side in the pull out drawer is the Bronzer, then up top on the left side is your eye shadows/eyeliner. All the eye shadows are shimmery. There is black, purple, blue, turquoise, and grey. Then in the middle is one mattefying powder. And on the right are five beautiful highlighters. Then on the right pull out drawer are 4 glamorous lip duos. I AM ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE WITH THIS KIT. Its shimmery, and classic, stunning and glamorous! It was on sale for $15.00. light Shimmer Taupe and Black eyeshadow

Hello so today I am wearing a Light Shimmery Taupe color with Black on the outside. First I put on my Painterly eyeshadow primer all over the eye area. Then I added Loreal Cream Shadow paint on top in commanding on top just over the lid. Then I got a blending brush and added Cover Girl Taupe eyeshadow all over the lid and raised it till just under the brow bone blending blending blending. Then I got my black eyeshadow from coastalscents and dusted that on the outer corners of the lid extending it a little inward on the crease. I got a natural eyeshadow color and brushed it on as a subtle highlight and then bam Your done. Just add some eyeliner and Mascara and you are ready to go. This look is very easy and perfect for a dinner date or in my case, a day in the office. Also, make sure to groom your brows as this adds more depth to your look. I hope this was helpful. Sugar Plum

So I decided to post a picture of my eyeshadow today. The eye shadows I used are all from the Coastal Scents 88 matte pallet. The top picture is a day look with light purple on the lid and a taupe and gold in the crease and extended a little above with an almost skin color highlight. I have on N.Y.C. Shimmery black eyeliner with a wing at the end and Cover girl Lash blast on my eyelashes. YES those are my real eyelashes. For the second picture I stood with the same concept except I darkened the lid with a deeper purple almost like a purplish blue and then just darkened the taupee gold color i had on before. To complete this look just add some really pretty bronzer to the cheek with some contouring and a pretty nude lip color and you are ready to go. This is perfect for any type of Holiday party's that you may be attending this Christmas and or New Years. Its a great way to spice up the average everyday brown and neutral colors.
